What is
echocardiography?
Echocardiography is an ultrasound examination of the heart, used to assess its structure and how blood moves through it.
Studies are acquired to a standardized cardiac protocol and include the measurements a cardiologist needs to report on chamber size, wall motion and flow.
Interpretation, reporting and clinical recommendations are provided by a board-certified veterinary cardiologist.
