What does this notice cover?
This notice covers the Spectrum Veterinary Imaging website and its enquiry guide. It is not a complete notice for clinical records, specialist services or Spectrum’s wider business operations.
Information entered on this website
The enquiry guide runs in your browser. It does not send form data to a Spectrum website server, store it in browser storage or add it to an online patient record. It prepares text for your email application or clipboard when you choose the relevant action.
Do not enter patient or owner records in the guide. Confirm an appropriate information-transfer method directly with Spectrum.
When you contact Spectrum
If you send an email or make a phone call, Spectrum receives the information you choose to provide through that channel — typically your contact information, practice details and the service requested.
That information is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange the service discussed. It is kept only as long as needed for that purpose, for Spectrum’s business and clinical records, or as required by law, and is then deleted or de-identified.
Hosting and access
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Spectrum’s email is provided through Microsoft 365. These providers may process technical data such as network information, requests and access logs to deliver and secure the site and its email. Their processing is separate from, and outside the control of, the site’s own enquiry guide.
Cookies and third-party content
No analytics, advertising pixel or embedded social feed has been added to the website code. Fonts and visual assets are served locally with the site. See the cookie policy for the site’s scope and hosting caveat.
If you follow a link to Northern Diagnostics or another external website, that provider’s privacy practices apply on its website.
How do I ask a privacy question?
Contact [email protected] with a privacy question, or a request to access or correct personal information Spectrum holds about you. Spectrum will confirm your request and respond within 30 days, as required under applicable Canadian privacy law.
Spectrum Veterinary Imaging is accountable for the personal information it holds and for compliance with applicable federal and Alberta privacy law.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as Spectrum’s services, providers or legal obligations change, and the “last updated” date above will change with it. Any future analytics or tracking technology will be assessed, and this notice updated, before it is activated.
